luxury acreage Home
This three story architecturally designed home received the highly prized award from the HIA as a runner up in the under two million dollar custom built home category in 2011.
The home has been built to encapsulate luxury acreage living.
The home boasts all the modern features you would expect from a luxury home, including state of the art audio and lighting systems, with an in-ceiling projector and screen to the living area and an acoustically designed media room.
The two way fire place gives a sense of warmth to the living and formal lounge rooms. For the cooler mornings, the bathrooms have under floor heating and heated towel rails.
The exterior has been designed to cater for entertaining, with a large undercover verandah which has a cedar lined ceiling and wide hardwood decking boards.
The pool pavilion has all the audio and media facilities integrated from within the home. Built out of recycled bridge posts from Toowoomba which date back to the early 1900’s, and incorporating a hardwood pitched exposed roof, the pavilion gives new life to the old materials used.
The large sandstone pool area has a cascading water feature with custom handmade lights to display the feature Porphyry stone, which at night is a focal point from the verandah and pool pavilion.
This home offers family living at its best.
