Our client's renovation goal for this Mosman semi was to better utilise the space and maximise sale value. A wall was removed opening up the living and kitchen areas to create better flow in the home and while the rest of the layout remained the same, the entire home was renovated to appeal to the type of buyer that would be purchasing this home. A brand new kitchen featuring stone benchtops and loads of storage was installed and both bathrooms were completely renovated. The second bathroom also had an integrated laundry set up within. The original timber floors were brought back to life with a sand and polish and the exterior was refreshed with new paint, landscaping and a green grass area.
