A stage one renovation to an historical Victorian residence in Middle Park which included the reconfiguring of an outdated bathroom and 3 bedrooms into a master suite which included a dressing room and ensuite, as well as a laundry & powder room to the rear, as well as furniture and feature lighting selections. The existing living room at the front of the residence became a library for the owner's collection of first edition literature. The existing period features such as high ceilings, deep cornicing and ceiling roses were retained and a sophisticated contemporary palette was introduced with rich timber veneers, metal detailing, feature stones and fabric panelling.
