The couple who were developing this dual occupation project were after a differentiated home to create something a little different to the standard developments available in the area.

The warm and inviting kitchen and bathrooms set the tone for this home. The objective was to create a neutral colourway, yet with the use of texture, timber and metallic, has created a twist.

Exterior materials and colours follow the same theme, with timbers and texture creating a simple, yet effective contrast to the base render colour.
