Monastery Kitchen - Ballarat
This contemporary kitchen was designed for an apartment that was originally the refectory in a 122 year old Monastery with a heritage listed tiled floor, customised for clients with polar opposite heights.
Power and light were delivered to the island bench through the overhead panel, with no impact on the heritage floor. Custom bench heights were used in each of our clients work zones to meet their personal needs.
Soft closing drawers and doors, integrated bins, vertical storage, spice racks, cutlery and utensil systems were incorporated seamlessly into the design. Crisp colours and clean lines achieved the contemporary aesthetic.
