The dilapidated house was perched high above the road, and described as the worst house in the best street. The brief was to create a sleek re-interpretation of a modern beach house, a simple pure form that opened to the 180’ coastal views, and was flooded with natural light. The house is an addition and alteration and was thoughtfully re worked to take advantage of the extraordinary location.
