Upon deciding to sell this house, the decor required up-dating and the one acre garden had become overgrown. With an Interior Designer's eye, I led the renovation team to fix and flush cracks, paint the home throughout, up-date the bathrooms, re-carpet and refresh floors, change ceilings lights, up-date the laundry and kitchen, install a barn door to separate the dining room, refresh and clean a large pergola and decking area and extensively clean up the one garden including creating a new pathway to the home under a rose arbour, removing foliage and revealing two ponds and garden steps.
