This rear, single storey weatherboard townhouse was designed externally to match and compliment the existing weatherboard home to the front of the property. Inside, is an entirely different storey!

this huge 2-way bathroom complete with oversized shower, spa tub, double vanities and lots of storage, was primarily used as a private ensuite, given the home was occupied by only a young couple with a separate powder room for the use of any visitors.

the low maintenance rear courtyard sure packs a punch. With a private bbq area, outdoor dining space, fish pond and beautiful tropical garden, it is ready to welcome any guests for some quiet (or not so quiet with its' outdoor speakers!) fresh air entertaining.
