Task Brief: Prepare & Paint All Internal Hardwood Flooring.

Previous condition: These floors weren't too bad actually, no loose boards, unacceptable gapage, deep scoring or total warpage.

Process Description:
1. Sanded down floors with multiple tools & equipment's inc, drum sander, belt sander, dual action random orbital sander and of coarse sanding by hand using various grit sand paper inc 60, 120, 180 and 240.
2. Filled in (during sanding) all gaps between boards using appropriate tinted filler.
3. Applied 3 full coats of Cabot's oil-based stain & varnish.
