Task Brief: Prepare & Paint Internal Surfaces (Kitchen Ceiling, All Walls, Doors, Frames & Skirting.

Previous condition: All internal surfaces had been painted for the first time (New Home) however the previous practitioner's did quite an 'outstanding' job ruining this lovely modern 4x2 by their low standard quality of workmanship, application of cheap materials & products and a possible color theme suggestion.

Process Description:
1. Prepared all surfaces via re-caulking all cornice underlines using acrylic gap-fillers. Filling in cracks, low spots & all other imperfections on all surfaces using appropriate interior acrylic fillers.
2. Applied a single coat of primer/undercoat to all surfaces.
3. Applied 2 full coats of quality acrylic (oil-based for doors, frames & skirting) topcoats to all surfaces.

Summary: Glad to know my client was overwhelmed with satisfaction of choice (Baretta Painting Services) and that we restored value. This property was sold for asking price within 30 mins after (I had vacuumed, mopped, packed up & left) to the first couple who viewed it. This project was unique in its own way, valuable in terms of visual experience, because I had to chance to see (as the 2nd painter ever) what the 1st painting practitioner had done.. or shall I say "not done". The amount of imperfections on almost all surfaces Ceiling, Walls, Doors & Frames .. were so severe it made me question "How these people retain there flow of work". I literally advised the owner prior to commencement that he should call
the practitioners back and get them to rectify these imperfections as It is unacceptable. Another job completed at the highest of standards. Quality Over Quantity
