Designed as investment to rent out or sell in the future. A 2 bedroom post war cottage with no connection to the outdoors was turned into a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with multiple outdoor living spaces. The house is adaptable to the end user and is capable to work as dual occupancy, or a single household. There is also a private office with separate entry. The site is on a small lot yet increasing the floor area and extending up resulted in much more usable outdoor space than before. This project is was owner built.
