A contemporary minimal design was used to update the garden of this small terrace in Paddington. The garden needed to be kept open as a multipurpose space as the car is often parker there off the rear lane.

Large exposed aggregate concrete steps/ platforms lead down from the rear door of the back of the house. These have been built with a shadow line to accentuate their form. A semi floating formed concrete built in bench was located also against this same side, and a slimline BBQ fitted so as not to bulk out the space.
