Preparing this beautiful modern property in Gledeswood Hills for sale was an absolute dream! Upon our initial inspection of the property, the vendor pointed out that it was a little dark and felt somewhat cold. It was then our mission to bring some warmth using different layers of texture and neutral tones but staying true to the contemporary aesthetic of the home.
Using the existing bedroom furniture, we brought in our own fresh linens and plush cushions to create simple, yet inviting spaces.
Warmth was achieved throughout the open plan dining and living room by adding layers of timber and greenery, where the modern wall art and mirrors gave the space that gentle layer of colour.
