Build approx. 6 years ago from a renovation of a flat roof house
The siting of the original house was excellent and captured lovely valley views over the surrounding rural landscape.
Renovation included extensive additions and total remodelling of the original
house whilst being conscience of nestling the finished product into the well planted established garden , extra planting of large ornamental pear trees and dwarf lillipilli hedges assisted with this process
