This was our builders own house. They wanted a traditional exterior with modern 'Hamptons' Style interiors.

A traditional kitchen with Hampton's or Shaker Style cabinets. There was a significant fall across the site so we could have a split level was higher ceilings to the open plan area at the rear. Air Conditioning nicely concealed above the kitchen with a lower ceiling.

Brass handles add to the traditional style of the kitchen with light grey subway tiles and Shaker of Hampton's Style cabinets and concealed range hood. Quite common to have larger handles down below on the wide drawers and small brass Knobs on the cabinets.

A large family room with extra high ceiling with detailed edge. In -built fireplace with grey tile surrounds and complementary timber cabinets wither side.

Media room for the kids with in-built cabinets.

The white and grey tiles compliment the brass fittings found in the tap-ware, sink-ware, handrail, wall light and mirror trim

Plenty of room in the laundry. Dryer will be wall mounted.

The bathroom has slightly more modern styling hexagon tiles and recessed wall niche.
