This Condominium sits on the shore of Mission Bay with views of the water. The client wanted durable surfaces that stand up to sand and sea air and lots of family use. Therefor we used commercial carpet and porcelain tile throughout. The kitchen and bathroom counter tops are quartz. We used clean lines and smaller scale, comfortable and functional furniture that doesn't overwhelm the space.
