The client had a small unusable back yard with an existing deck which took up alot of unessacary room and divided the yard into two levels. With three young children they wanted somewhere clean and usable for the kids to play.
The clients requested stairs which wouldnt take up as much room as the existing, benchseating, paved area and real lawn.
