An 8.1 star energy efficient passive solar home located in the Perth Hills suburb of Stoneville.

Inspiration was drawn from the Australian vernacular, farm houses, shearing sheds etc. to create a house that is beautiful, functional and above all else a family home. Traditional lightweight sheet materials are offset against the richness of timber framing and elements of rustic brickwork.

The house was featured in 2016 on HouseNerd's "Home Envy" section, in The West Australian "New Homes" Magazine and was recently featured in a Houzz Tour.

Note: This home was completed in 2019, prior to the impact of COVID19 & the current construction boom in WA. Unfortunatly, in the current climate, this home would not be achievable for under $500k.
