The Loft Project
Here is my latest project I am currently working on and I thought I would document the process by sharing my progress on Houzz
It is a 1983 Klopper (Architect) designed house with one bedroom and one bathroom and an open plan upper mezzanine floor.
My aim is to turn it into a 2 bed 2 bath and hopefully lighten the interior up by diluting some of the recycled bricks. Every wall inside and out, plus all the paving and yes, even the floor is red brick and as much as I like recycled brick I think you can have too much of it at times!! This house is definitely overkill in that department. The paved floor is laid onto sand with no concrete slab so there is much to be done....lets get started.
