Twin Houses is a Duplex / Townhouse developed by our client for their own occupation in one half. Due to the large size of the site, our client's brief was to deliver a modern home on a smaller block and offset construction costs with an additional dwelling on the site.

The result are two individual homes with similar architectural elements and slightly different layouts. Our client lived in one home and sold the other, greatly reducing their costs for the project.
