This is a three storey, mixed use building that includes three offices and two apartments, with associated services and carparks. The building has injected a much needed energy to the busy streetscape. Its proportions were designed to be both commercial in scale, but with elements in the facade to tie it to its residential and smaller scale neighbouring buildings.
