Two years after completion Leimac Building was contracted to build an extension. Our brief was to match the style of the original house, yet build the wing as a stand-alone construction that could be locked when there were no guests present.

The deck was cantilevered over the lake to create an exotic, luxury getaway feel.

The fireplace features a solid cement slab on block-work build-up — not an easy task but worth the wow factor.
