This modern beach house was inspired by Palm Springs architecture.
It was build in a U-shape surrounding the central pool which is the main focal point of the home.
Almost each room overlooks the pool. Set over two levels, all the living is on the lower level and includes a pool hut which is across the breezeway from the house.
The pool hut acts as a second media/living room.
The upper level is dedicated to the sleeping zone.
