This original red brick home built in the late 60's on a sloping block was the perfect candidate to bring a generous spaced loungeroom, bedroom, ensuite and WIR down below. By supporting the original floor load with steel spanning approximately 6m, we were able to also include a large new entry, storage room, as well as study nook under the stair case which leads back up to the original house.
