This was a real transformation. All new plasterboard walls and ceilings, as well as solid spotted gum floors, a large new modern galley style kitchen with island bench. All bench tops are ceasar stone with waterfall edges. Kitchen design incorporates two long windows as splash backs and a laundry chute placed over new lower level laundry.
