Beautiful renovation of a house in Albert Park within a heritage overlay. The facade and front rooms were sensitively refurbished and modernized. The remaining house was demolished and a bright, modern sleek addition was built. The rear yard had a south-west aspect so we ensured bright spaces by the use of voids, large windows and sensitively placed skylights.
