This was a modest rear extension to a Victorian Terrace in Moonee Ponds. The build included a large family/kitchen/meals area with high ceilings, north orientation, and an upper roof terrace to the main bedroom. The spa bath had adjacent fully openable doors to the north facing private terrace.
