Our clients had been living overseas in the US, and were returning to Perth. Their house has been rented out and they wanted the kitchen to be replaced as it was outdated and dark, they also wanted the staircase to be updated along with new flooring, paint, window treatments and lighting. The kitchen renovation included adding new cabinetry, appliances, sink and island bench, plus new lighting and flooring. The existing staircase was replaced with wooden flooring and a glass balustrade was installed along with white wooden shutters in several areas of the home. Existing wooden flooring was replaced, as well as new lighting, paint and furniture.
