Hillarys: Renovation

This family residence was renovated over a 10 week period whilst the Clients were away overseas. The home was gutted inside, apart from the bathrooms as these really didn't need updating. A new kitchen/scullery was designed, flooring throughout the home was replaced, completely painted both inside and out with new flooring throughout the home. We had 2 rooms re-purposed as themed rooms - one with a nod to the owners Mongolian heritage, and the other paying homage to the owners love of boxing. The Master Suite was redesigned to include a new walk in robe - we transformed a small bedroom into a luxurious walk in robe; motorised skylights were installed above the bed which close automatically if it rains, a new custom made headboard was also installed with a sliding barn door to replace the current door to the bathroom. All new linen and furniture was also installed to the Master Bedroom. The space under the stairs was converted to a small wine cellar with custom wallpaper depicting an underground cellar - custom door and handle were also installed. This is a magnificent, personally styled home that encaptures our Clients personalities through and through.
