This pair of contemporary two storey side by side townhouses were designed to incorporate environmentally conscious design principles including optimising solar orientation to benefit both dwellings and double height living spaces with highlight operable windows to promote good natural ventilation. The layouts allow for maximum flexibility and accessibility to cater to changing household needs over time and for future multi generational living arrangements by offering a master bedroom and ensuite arrangement on the ground floor as well as the first floor. Unique materials and finishes used throughout including features such as the terrazzo stone island bench.
