Despite this space being in a warehouse, it was important for the homeowner that he feel comfortable in this room so that it didn't upset his workspace. All the furniture was existing but was reupholstered to fit the new nautical look. Panneling was also added to the space to create a sophisticated feel.

This design won the HIA award for: Brisbane category for commercial interior design up to 500k. And It was also a finalist in interior design at the QLD state level.
