This project involved a full refurbishment of an existing art-deco apartment in Sydney's Bellevue Hill. Artisanal finishes and fixtures were carefully selected to enhance the character of the original apartment. Microcement and handmade tiles were used in the bathrooms, providing soft, natural textures throughout.

The scope of work included a new kitchen, a bathroom en suite, a home office with surfboard storage, and updated lighting. The owners plan to live in the apartment long-term, as they have come to appreciate both the home and its surroundings, with views across Rose Bay, and the building is enveloped by established gardens.

Influences for the project included the unique character of the original building, and the enjoyable conversations with the clients, which revealed their passion for art and design.
