The purpose of this extensive renovation was a to create a home for a busy family of five to grow into. The scope included an outdoor living space that was connected to the main living space and able to be fully enclosed from the elements. The formal living room was updated with a guest bedroom added. The hallway included a drop zone for kids schoolbags and coats. The kitchen and dining area were designed for keen entertainers and the powder room was designed to give a wow factor to guests using the space.
