Black & Grey Bathroom - Terrazzo Tile
Powder Room with style
We love this powder room, packing a whole lot of style in a small space.
Now let’s talk terrazzo! It is hot on trend now and for good reason. Its visual effect alone makes it a standout, but it is also a very durable material and now available in slabs, tiles or even poured directly onto the surface.
Here our client has chosen a grey and white terrazzo tile which laid on the floor and halfway up the wall. The terrazzo tile allowed our client to stay with the popular grey bathroom theme but take it to a new level, taking a risk without overstating it.
To get that interest and texture a brick art wall tile has been used in a gorgeous dove grey with a little shine. Laid in a herringbone pattern your eye is drawn to it instantly.
We love the custom-built vanity, the groove paneling topped with Caesarstone. Vanity is floating which is perfect for small spaces and making them appear larger. Simple black tapware is used, and the groove paneling repeated on the end wall cupboard. Adding a final touch of style is the round LED mirror. Enabling the client to control the lighting of the space, creating different moods and ambiance.
