Spicer Architecture completed the project in Bondi Junction for a young, growing family. Set in the heart of Sydney, this contemporary family home has been lovingly crafted to bring out the full potential of this unassuming property.


The design flips the traditional layout on its head and provides the entertaining spaces upstairs where there are uninterrupted views of the Harbour Bridge. Downstairs, the house accommodates two children and the parents' retreat, with a secret garden connecting the children's bedrooms. The house is a perfect hideaway from the hustle and bustle of the big city.
