A single-storey rear extension with the objective of creating a large, modern kitchen/dining area.The use of a large lantern roof light coupled with a new kitchen complete with breakfast bar achieves what we set out to do.
The ceramic tiled floor continues out on the patio, bringing the outside in and the use of London brick complete this modern extension whilst maintaining the traditional look of the adjoining terraced properties
