This property had been neglected for some time and needed a complete make over. The owners had great vision on what they wanted to achieve with the refurbishment which was both internal and external.
Externally it needed to still remain within keeping of the area, but be modernized with the latest materials.
Internally was quite a different challenge. The use of the best materials and craftsmen created a beautiful living space. Much of the interior was specially made by our award winning Madeiran craftsmen. A bookcase with hidden mood lighting and copper inlay was just one of the magnificent carpentry creations made on site. Bespoke furniture and storage was hand made for the masters study in light Oak.
