Charred External Wood cladding
This project is all about the Japanese wood charring technique Shou Sugi Ban that preserves the wood in a natural way and at the same time creates a stunning visual effect of the timber.
While the process is very simple, it is also very labour intensive and the results vary depending on what species of wood that is being used. However the end result is very much worth the effort.
