Featured by Architectural Digest - this Chicago coop was a gloomy chopped-up apartment with a galley kitchen and finishes last updated in the '60s. In fact, it was 2 apartments side-by-side that we combined into 1 unit. We revamped the layout, moved the kitchen, and enhanced views of lake Michigan, plus gave it a fresh set of finishes - new kitchen, baths, and of course decorating throughout.
