Juxtaposing Cladding Styles

Creating a new family home is all about creating a sense of relaxation and ambience- with a modern spin of course. The Pelican Waters residence by Hi Tech Projects is the perfect example of how modern materials can create a contemporary family home that retains a sense of warmth.

Using three facade materials is on trend for Australian home designs. Scyon Matrix panels feature on the upper level façade. Then Scyon Linea weatherboards give a classic Queenslander element and juxtapose the more commercial-looking Matrix cladding. And finally, the third material is a rendered cladding.

This project is complete with games room and bar overlooking the pool area plus a contemporary glass balustrade that frames the upper level balcony, paving the way for a new family home aesthetic.
