This transformation included the removal of a formal lounge room by removing walls and large central brick fireplace.

The fireplace was repurposed along with alot of mouldings and trims in order to match the existing heritage details.

Custom cast ornate cornices and 2 pac joinery with fluting and shaker door elements added to the high level of detail included in this project.

Hardwood floor boards were removed and keyed back in to blend seamlessly, whilst blending the old formal dining into an open plan living space by way of a curved tile transition element.
