Sitting in a prime coastal location, our brief was to design a large family home that would take advantage of the elevated position, capturing incredible ocean views from every room.

Prior to contacting Peninsula Homes, these clients were investigating options from volume home builders. However, with a large 6 metre fall from the rear to the front of the property, our custom design service was the only way to minimise the excavation works, whilst maximising the enviable views. Upon contacting Peninsula Homes, we were able to design this home under CDC parameters and the result is a stunning beach-side home.

This multi-level custom home was designed to work in with the natural fall of the land. Large double glazed windows not only harness the view but offer thermal and sound proof benefits whilst allowing for natural light and sea breezes to fill this wonderful home. The clients choice of external and internal colours make for a quintessential sea-side home.
