Our fantastic clients decided to approach Chateau looking to knock down their current home, and rebuild on their property with ocean views, a home that suited their future together.

Now retired and in their later years, the clients were seeking something that was beautiful, light, airy; that captured the surrounding environment beautifully and that was low maintenance. Having built and owned several homes over the years, this is to be their 'forever home'.

Demolition first commenced on the existing home in May 2013.

One year later and the scaffolds that you see are about to be taken down. The custom built home is now several months from final hand over.
