Architected offers a Fixed Fee Concept Design Service, which enables clients to gain access to an architect's space planning ability and design skill.
Whether it’s a new house, renovation or simply a bathroom or kitchen, the Concept Design allows you to understand how to unlock the potential of your home.
We come to your home and assess your requirements, take measurements, take photographs, and discuss your needs with you.

Architected will then work through some initial design ideas on the spot, and agree a way forward with your project.

Within 3 weeks you will receive sketch concept drawings illustrating the Architected design response.

This service is useful with clients on smaller budgets, who can't necessarily afford to engage and architect for the whole process, but really need the input of an Architect at the early stages of a project.
It is also a useful service for clients 'shopping around' for architects- it enables a quick snapshot of the type of design response we could offer your project, and gives you the opportunity to work with us to see if its the right fit.
