The Northcote Laneway house was a 4 bedroom home designed to fit on a tiny 14m x 14m block at the rear of another property.
This created an exciting opportunity to explore a housing design which cannot be seen from the street- its major frontage was to a rear laneway.
The client's brief was for an 'Inner City Beach-House', with bright colours, and a mid-century referenced aesthetic.
