A Victorian Terrace in Sydney's inner city was transformed into a stylish contemporary home for this young family. Victoria Waters Design worked closely with these clients and project managed all elements of the project from design to completion. A monochromatic colour palette provides a contemporary twist on a traditional home. The original floorboards were stained black to provide a dramatic feel to this home. Large scale graphic rugs were custom designed for this project to provide a statement in the entrance and main living areas. The elegant furnishings contrast with the contemporary lighting and styling to provide the perfect balance of styles. This statement home was featured in House and Garden Magazine.
