An upper storey addition on a prominent corner of Coogee approved by Randwick Council is completed

The upper storey needed to bring in lots of light and sun to a generous parents’ retreat on the first floor. The design also needed to respond to its corner position so that the domestic houses in Bream Street could transition to the cafes and restaurants in Carrington Road.

A combination of lightweight timber cladding and protruding window screens contrasts with a solid brick masonry base.
