This side-by-side duplex was an opportunity for the client to build their own house on one side and have an investment property on the other.
Both houses needed to provide living space for large families and entertaining. Features include a unique relationship between the kitchen to the outside, not often seen, with the kitchen sitting to one side of the deck without obstructing the outlook from the living spaces. This places it as a centrepiece for entertainment whilst having a strategic position to watch the children and guests outside and by the swimming pool.
