You can't go wrong when you have such great clients as these ones. This was a slightly suburban site but luckily at the end of the street with a northern aspect to the view. This made for fantastic passive solar design. You'll see we also made great use of the northern roof with a photovoltaic array and solar hot water unit. The verandah is partially covered with the addition of deciduous vines again utilizing passive solar design letting the winter sun in and shading in summer.

I'm no photographer, but I couldn't help capturing exterior views from almost every room. The northern aspect and corresponding design really brings the outside in. I'm very happy with the end result and congratulate my clients on a very comfortable home.
