A refresh to a large lobby area within a 1970s apartment block.
My refresh included a new more contemporary colour palette, two timber batten walls, which offered a nod to the origins of the building, and a newly upholstered bench seat in strong, durable "fibreguard" fabric.
Functionality played a significant role by adding a new design & construction in shelving to utilise deliveries, security and resident notification boards.
